Use It Daily Salad Dressing
It’s summer. It’s a different summer than most, but the vegetables you love this time of year are still in season. They’re fresh and delicious, and waiting for you to add them to your meals. Make sure you don’t forget to support your local farmers this summer- they need you more than ever!
This is one of my favorite dressings to put on all my salads. I’ve had a few requests for the recipe after I posted a recent bean salad online.
You can use this dressing on everything- salads, roasted veggies, even as a marinade (grill those veggies too)! It’s tangy, but a little sweet from the shallots. No mystery ingredients or added sugar- just tons of flavor. Make sure you use a good quality olive oil & vinegar, & it will taste even better.

Use It Daily Salad Dressing
Makes approximately 8 Servings.
Ingredients:
1 small Shallot, Diced
2 Tsp Grainy Dijon Mustard
1/3 C White Wine Vinegar
1/3 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients & whisk well.
Store in refrigerator.
Shake well before serving.
